i've started going to a school i HATE and my skin has gotten TERRIBLE! i've been to so many doctors and nothing is helping...maybe its just the school? thanks ka

I never really suffered from any severe facial skin problems but I never really had
pure radiant skin either. That changed with colonics! My skin
was soOO soft and free from any sort of blemishes I couldn't believe it!
Oh and I only ever wash and apply things to my skin that I could eat!
If a skin product has things in it I can't read I put it down and walk away.
Those are my beauty skin tips. Plus raw food living,dry brushing,saunas,exercise,

Eat alkalizing foods (ph balancing foods) we want to eat about 80% alkalizing foods to about 20% acidic foods. Only use natural body and hair care products free from harsh chemicals. Cleanse/detox the body, eat foods ritch in vitamins, minerals, enzymes (raw foods) get plenty of sleep, try to keep stress free.
