Denise, one of our athletes at CrossFit Koncepts in Gaithersburg, Maryland, tackles the CrossFit workout "Fran". "Fran" is three rounds at 21, 15 and 09 reps of Thrusters and Pull-ups. This is a high intensity workout and it tests your strength, endurance and "intestinal fortitude". nice job Denise!
