Some fools with stupid mentality are fine with music if it has arabic music instruments, Prophet didn't bring any musical instruments from sky. Prophet didn't condemn music instruments when he was praised by people of madina in a form of a song. Music intensifies the feelings, things can be used can also be abused. The instruments used in this qasida might not be fine because bollywood uses these instrument? Foolish argument! Why do you have beard because Abu Jahil also had one.

if u want all the hadiths, let me know, i'll send you many with their respective references.
Kindly, if you want to carry on listening to music then carry on by all means but please don't try to make lawful that is not (not that u can), that in itself is the biggest sin of all!

Amirul Momineen Ali (a.s.) says,
"Angels do not even enter a house that has wine, drum, tambourine or a flute. Even the prayers of the inhabitants of this house are unacceptable. They are deprived of barakat."
(Wasaelush Shia)

Hazrat Imam Ali ar-Reza (a.s.) has said,
"To listen to a musical instrument is one of the Greater Sins."
(Mustadrakul Wasael)

plzzzzzzzz avoid MUSIC with MANQABAT ,QASEEDA,
MASOOMEEN ka ziker MUSIC k saath na kero,
Off course, I too agree to disagree. Personally music/songs of any kind should not be associated with our Imam's & Ahlulbayt (as), for surely they have condemned it in hadiths after hadiths.

The flow of water from springs and the call of birds is also music. The children of Medina played a "daf" (Arab Musical Instrument) when Prophet Mohammad entered Madina with the famous verses "Talaa Badar Alaina .... " yet we see no condemnation in the books.
What we see is a condemnation for poetry/music with poetry that makes a human think of wrong stuff. In this case, the sounds coming from instruments intensify the emotions towards Ahlul-Bait and thus they help us focus more.

The reason why I said that "You are entitled to your opinion" is because this problem of music is still in the "grey area". Many cultures such as northern Pakistan and certain areas of punjab have no problem with music and infact certain drums are used to simulate the battlefield action. It depends on your background and what you were taught as a child to consider acceptable or not. If the "music" disturbs you, dont listen!; however, if it helps you, please continue to listen.

And just a final comment, yes I agree that tunes from songs should better not be copied because many people will think of the song when the qasida is played and they will be distracted. The reciters/performers should be as original as possible.

.....:x
The style of music and choice of instruments is so wrong. Reminds me of classical bollywood songs with the tabla and flute..ukh

You are entitled to your opinion; however, for somebody like me that hasn't seen much bollywood, Hasan Sadiq is very original! Anyways, I would have wished that the tempo on this were a bit slower. The tempo that Hasan Sadiq has maintained in this Qasida is more suitable for Dhammals ..... but he is a master, so I wont blame him much.
