how to speed up utorrent and where to get free psp games

heyy guys!
i have the settings for utorrent 1.8.1 which makes my speed really increase but not until 200kb/s though.
1)go to preferences.
2)ignore ALL except connection setting
change the port to 443
2)then go to bandwidth where maximum upload rate is 65(increases speed of upload and download).
3)go to advanced settings
4)scroll down to find net.max_halfopen
and set the number to 500
5)scroll a little down and find net.outgoing port and set it to 50
6)you are done!
if you need psp games for free,i reccomand going to lord.xelee2.googlepages.com or mininova.org(you need to search with psp always at the back)

alrighht, im a total noob to this kinda stuff

i already downloaded the game, sent it to utorrent and did all that stuff, and while watching another video it tells me to send the game to a file called ISO when i connect the psp to my computer

im sorry to ask, but when you save it to the ISO how do you access it from the pspp ?

y would u want to want to download psp games?

is it ISO files u download?

unless u have some UMD's a UMD writer and some sort of moded psp, Iso files are just junk on ur computer.
