  • I still have the orange convertible..I remember letting these go and chase them down the street...Does any one remember Rip-rock-n-Rollers from galloob

  • yes! I had a hole bunch of these and that track in this video. my favorite one was called the howlin' hornet.

  • @tabledechevet2007 yeah, Hyper Drivers were similar to Record Breakers, but both of those were pretty much an imitation of Tamiya's Mini 4WD cars (which were smaller counterparts of Tamiya's larger scaled Remote Control cars). unfortunately Hyper Drivers & Record Breakers sold poorly in America and were only a big hit in Asia where these kinds of miniature, customizable motorized cars have been a popular hobby for the past few decades.

  • Although hyper drivers were faster I liked record breakers a lot more because you could customize more, i had more fun building and changing then racing them, I would love to get my hands on one of the green F1 cars from record breaker, cant find one on ebay or net =(

  • It seems like the "Record Breakers world of speed" toys.

  • He says "Batteries not included" in an exited way too!

  • only 14 views?? Unacceptable! This was a classic!
