it is and it isn't, not part of the snowmobile trail system. There are signs posted at begining and end telling people to watch for horses and people walking. Its actually a road to get to the summer camp.
Who did you buy him off of? I can't remember the guys name that owned him at the time, but he used to work for the town and would let me ride him whenever I wanted. Before I moved back to Newfoundland in June of 2003 I spent a lot of time grooming and riding Coda. He helped me through a pretty rough time there. He's a pretty awesome horse!!
I brought my wife back to Sioux in 2000 and it wasn't until 2002 when she stumbled on Cedar Bay and brought a horse of hers up from ThunderBay to board there. She fell in love with the whole area and found out that Coda was left at the stables in lew of board. John Cole let her take him and put some work on him after a few months she was in love and begged John to sell him to her.
if thats the Sled trail i wouldnt recommand u do that..my buddys rip down trails like there no tomorrow

Wow, that's Koda, I used to ride him a bit when I lived in Sioux Lookout back in 2003.
