Are you sure your sizes are right? At 0:40 it says 7,5 inches is 19,05 cm and 9 inches is 76 cm?
I at least hope your sizes in inches are right.. And for those who use a metric system: 1 inch = approx 2,5 cm (Google says 2,54 cm)....

Lame ... why do you fold the remaining sleeve manually ? Just flip the board once more and it would fold it like you did by hand. You have the folding board, why only use it 90% ?
