Even piss poor beers can be drinkable, I would suggest reading John Palmers online book for detailed information.. this was a quick demo, I have improved the processes, I just want new brewers to understand how easy it is to do all-grain, that was the only point being made. Thanks for you comments!
I guess this would be considered a fly sparge? Your run off seemed really quick; how much time do you figure passed between starting the run off and collecting the final volume of wort? I also noticed that you didn't vorlof, was this on prupose? What's the logic behind the 90 min hop addition? I could be way off but you seemed to be aggressively stirring the wort with your IC, are you concerned about HSA at this point? Finally, only 3-4 days before bottle! Seems way too soon. Thanks!
