I like this lift because it doesn't move at all and there is no maintenance on it. Also, it doesn't allow my radar arch to bounce up into the roof of the dock

When the lift is in the up position it locks and will not allow the lift to move independently of the dock. No wear and tear to your dock and no moving parts to wear out. Very durable lift with a excellent warranty and customer service to back it up.
