I think the truth is that extremists are in power (or in control) of both sides. The government, which to an extent is a reflection of the Israeli people are in power and are currently very belligerent and war-minded. However people of both sides, average Jews and Arabs probably want peace. But the ones in control are calling the shots.
I don't condone what the Hezbollah and those crazy people do, but it is a fact that Israel has been responsible for killing innocents in the recent war.

Israel has taken over their lands, and have very recently waged war on innocent civilians. Even cited for war crimes by international observers. As victors they can try to rewrite history their own way, but the truth is that extremists on both sides have caused misery. And Israel is not a party place.

By single events I mean, like when a father kills his daughter for talking with a boy, you think all muslims would do that. Or when parents force their daghters to marry someone, or when they force the girl to wear Hijab. These are just in certain families and certain cultures like Saudi Arabia or Pakistan or Afghanistan.
