im 13 and i can trap bar dead 650 with perfect form, no straps or suit RAW and im dope free as always and you should be too! XD

la forma non è perfetta, con i piedi non è messo bene, infatti il ginocchio destro ha dei problemi durante l'esecuzione e non va verso l'esterno.
