G4T how is it you are going to make your point that SoCal has to worry about security and then dismiss what MOT has to say about people stealing from tomato patches? Like if someone gets hungry enough they wouldn't steal a tomato or much worse. It's laughable.

George, why do you think that food and water will not be a problem? Especially when the collapse or near collapse occurs and accompanied with Martial Laws and the camps.

 For sure some people will be ready and prepared for awhile with stocked up food, water and other items. However, the cost of living and of prices of food and other items will skyrocket..as if prices are not going up anyway. As well as with the interruptions and reductions of the transport and distrubution of these products.

Water is (and will be) a major problem.

Here, in the states, very few people are collecting the rain that falls off their roofs, simply because they always feel it will be there, and they're spoiled and too lazy to even put a trash-can out to collect water.

Without alive water, water not treated with chemicals, we're all toast . . . and that's where it's headed.

i second that. it WILL get messy there in USA if it turns like Argnetina. i watched the 13 part documentary, and saw so many simularities...scary stufff man. im so glad im in peaceful Thailand now.
