as a long time practitioner of orissi...this is more like posing or at the most an abhinaya (which actually requires a story be told and acting to take place), if that. The footwork is really not there to constitute this as a pure dance either. Their movements are graceful and beautiful to watch, but I wouldn't necessarily call it Orissi.
