The sex chakra and the root chakra are different. The root is at the base of the spine, or what would be the perineum, the sex chakra, well...hopefully no need to explain where that one is.

i am focusing on my back as it seem easy to focus there rather then on the front side and root chakra is ony 1or2 inches down the sex chakra

The perineum is the spot between the sexual organs and the anus. That small patch of skin that is the link between the 2. I must tell you am not an expert on this, but that is where I focus, and have understood the root to be.
