They make and sell them FOR sex. If you go into any sex shop you'll find pieces of human bodies; fleshlights, porn star vagina molds, blow up dolls, synthetic arms and breasts... These are basically just the next step in the same direction. If you're actually curious, check out the video called "Candy Girl" by napkinduster. The doll in this video doesn't seem to be as well made as the ones in napkinduster's video, but like all things, you get what you pay for.
