Here's the REAL test: see how that thing likes making it out of those holes from a dead stop. Splashing through at speed proves nothing. H1's are neat vehicles, more of a novelty though. Over complicated, high maintenance, overpriced toys. I respect them for what they are, which is just that. In all honesty I can do just as much (and more as far as real world useability) with my stock Ram 2500 v10. And if I drown it, it won't cost more than a house around these parts to replace the whole truck!.

@someonestolemyname13 i reckon i could take a bash at that hole in my VW bug, my L300 van would do it easy enough. but someone did mention to me the real use of a hummer, purpose built for desert climate yes? dusty, sandy horrible stuff.

but i'll never really know, living in aus means hummers are seldom seen.

The funny thing is is that I could do all of this plus more in my Defender 110. And its lest than a 1/3 of the price. Problem?
