  • I think he's breathing wrong. At least need to breathe out when you get to your extension and in on the way back or when you get back. Isn't that the rule or am I wrong?

  • Im sorry, but 3-5 mins is too much rest time. I personally use a stop watch to have a 2 min count down for the next set.
