Very similar to the south Indian martial art called Silambam. A good bit of this is also in the other South Indian martial art called Kalaripayattu, which is widely practised in Kerala.

I would love to learn all the movements for these solo training methods, I do beleive it'd be kickass and help a lot if I incorporated them into my Judo.

there is no wing chun pole shaking.This is a general training method which you can find in many chinese styles f.x. like the horse stance

Only at some events, Whites dominate weight training, soccer, football, basketball, MMA, Wrestling. Latinos are dominate as well at soccer, boxing, MMA.

China have pound for pound the strongest athletes in the world. People don't know this because these Chinese athletes don't have the exposure yet.

I guarantee you that if those sports were as widespread in China, they would dominate as well. Plus he said pound for pound the best athletes. Which I would have to agree with. I mean just look at China's history. All the weak people were pretty much exterminated by famine... Leaving you with a country FULL of the fittest.
