  • China have pound for pound the strongest athletes in the world. People don't know this because these Chinese athletes don't have the exposure yet.

  • I guarantee you that if those sports were as widespread in China, they would dominate as well. Plus he said pound for pound the best athletes. Which I would have to agree with. I mean just look at China's history. All the weak people were pretty much exterminated by famine... Leaving you with a country FULL of the fittest.

  • Very similar to the south Indian martial art called Silambam. A good bit of this is also in the other South Indian martial art called Kalaripayattu, which is widely practised in Kerala.

  • I would love to learn all the movements for these solo training methods, I do beleive it'd be kickass and help a lot if I incorporated them into my Judo.

  • there is no wing chun pole shaking. This is a general training method which you can find in many chinese styles f.x. like the horse stance

  • Only at some events, Whites dominate weight training, soccer, football, basketball, MMA, Wrestling. Latinos are dominate as well at soccer, boxing, MMA.

  • I'm assuming these techniques can be applied to combat too?

  • go count the number of medals (esp gold) won by the Chinese in the last Olympic

  • Very similar to WingChun Long Pole training
