nice try on some variation, but i think well stick to weighted pullups and one arm negatives

Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my GF got hot Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it

yeh true, its a good idea though, but its not gonna do much, but its really ingenious, good work, and i think since hsi looks like a high rep exercise, maybe some added weight will help a lot, or wen you get tendonitis, you can just stick with these.
