  • @tgreensmith28 Yup, once he gets above he's totally back clipped.

  • anyone notice his screw didnt have ice boaring out? must be placing in hollow ice.

  • I wonder if #3 & #4 are available somewhere..

  • Also... as he clipped before finishing the screw placement, the final orientation means he is clipped incorrectly and in the event of a fall would stand more chance of the rope falling through the gate (same as in lead rock climbing if you clip the wrong direction)

  • Please anyone that just watched this dont think it is anywhere near all you need to know to get good pro on ice. Get a real guide or a someone to show you in person how to place a good screw, just because its on the ice doesnt mean its a good placement
