Working with a client and her young female Aussie on loose leash walking and distractions. I use play-training as reinforcement. No collar corrections are given by the owner. When the dog forges the owner quickly turns and walks in the opposite direction. The dog learns to avoid hitting the end of the leash and that it is more fun when she stays next to her owner. The dog gets lots of play time breaks to keep her from getting bored (she is an Aussie) :
