@onfire4000 you made me google it cuz i was curious too "basically we wanted to give the band a person's name without necessarily giving it one of our names. It started with the bass player Zakk & I, & we knew we were going to play together from then on, so a country was just the best way of going about representing a group of people & "The Man" just stated it was a person & not just a country."

I am not a musician; I love music, and not because of the buzz and fuzz around it. I love music because of the way a good song makes me feel, makes me think, and tells me a story I didn't create.
I most definitely do not listen to music to impress those around me.

where do u get the audacity and the balls to insult someone because of their opinion on a video. spelling mistakes on the internet are so common now that honestly to mispell a word on the internet is nothing. Im not giving an excuse to those who might misspell,but accidentally hitting the wrong key and not noticing it does not make that person illiterate. the fact that his name is viscera eyes(the mars volta) does not limit his like of bands.
