The Siberian Tiger is the undisputed King of Russia. Every documentary, every source imaginable, common sense tells this. The Amur tiger is the Apex Predator of Russia. The largest brown bears are no match to an amur tiger, amur tigers prey on the largest of brown bears, kill them on a fequent basis. as high as nearly 40 % of the Amur tigers diet is bear. Some tigers dine only on bears, brown bears of any size are much easier for amur tigers to kill then other prey animals.

From 1976 to 2005 hundreds of radio collar tigers were monitored, not even a single cub was injured or attacked by a brown bear. Under scientific research, there are hundreds of cases of amur tigers killing and eating adult brown bears. Yet not one scientific case in 30 years of even a cub being injured by a brown bear.

There's a reason for this Brown bears and bears of all kind. Avoid tigers at all costs. When a brown bear picks up a tigers tracks it immediately hightails it and turns in the other direction.

There is no debate, the bear is an omivore, they stands absolutely no chance against a tiger.

An to you boogar eaters who say Giant Kodiaks this and that. A kodiak would food for an amur tiger as well.

The only thing bear crooks have is old bs story book stories they find on century old books. It's similiar to dholes and tigers. There's never been any evidence about dholes fighting tigers, just myths from old books. On the other hand theres been cases of 8 wild dogs killing a male lion. Schaller etc..

Anyways brown bears are nothing to the KIng of Carnivores, the Siberian tiger. The top predator on earth. Twice the size of a lion genetically.

A bear of any kind or any size, is no match to an Amur tiger in it's prime condition. None. Fact.

  • And to tell you the truth I'm not even a brown bear fan. The tiger and the Jaguar are my two favorite animals. I always try to look at things rationally instead of basing my knowledge off of being biased because if I wanted to do that, all the comments that I have posted on here about brown bears and tigers could of been the other way around.

  • The guy who uploaded this is an idiot. Bears making 40% of a tigers diet? Tigers exclusivly eating bears? Please. What this dumbass fails to see is that the largest bear is TWICE the size of a Siberian Tiger, and that a sinlge swipe from a grizzly bear which is smaller than the siberian bears can kill a similarly sized Elk. And Bears being omivores, do you even know what omnivore means? ITS MEANS CARNIVORE TOO. When bears and tigers get into fights its genrally a 50/50 outcome.

  • many smaller animals kill and pey on larger animals and ae stronger,so a tiger would destroy a fat ass bear even a fucking kodiak that is if the tiger is a siberian fully grown male

  • HAHAHA Eazy e really ???? oh well RIP Eric wright

  • There are some asian sites..that allow have animal brawls. they buy em off the black market then pit them together in a fight..a tiger was destroyed by a gorilla and a bear...a baboon some how killed a hyena..

  • @LuckyBlacKat Good point, conisdering bears have no claws or physical power exceding tigers. Seriously, do you even know what a bear is?

  • @FrenchBulldogWinston xD your the idiot. What ur dumbass self failed to see is that we r talking about NORMAL/REGULAR bears not the LARGEST bear. lol i can see how the bear might be TWICE the size of the siberian tiger and thats its ONLY advantage. ever thought about if they were the same size?ur only stating the fact the bear is too big for the tiger to fight.....

  • @lefthook613 And there is lots of evidence that mature Siberian tigers have killed adult brown bears, male and female. There is sound biological reasons why they're capable of killing brown bears. The same with wolverines & black bears in North America. People won't believe a wolverine (one fifth the size of a black bear) can handle a bear or a wolf, or TWO wolves, but they'd learn why if they saw how or what they can do to one! It can be checked out.

  • You're right because there are less than 250 Amur tigers left there--they're hard even for biologists to find, track & study! And a few others here are right also--tiger/brown bear confrontations have & do happen but are NOT common like the uploader is saying. He's obssessed beyond reality & fact! They're incidental, meaning if/when they cross paths & clash usually, but not always, because of territorial/prey issues. They hunt UNGULETS primarily, like the bears. They're adversaries.

  • welll that video was dumb :P

  • And by the way, the guy who uploaded this video, is entirely wrong. Brown bears make 1-1,5% of a Siberian tiger's diet. Black bears AND brown bears make 5-8%. This is because Siberian tigers are known to kill young and female brown bears

  • Brown bears make 1-1,5% of a siberian tiger's diet because tigers are known to kill young and adult females. Not even the biggest siberian tiger would challenge an adult male brown bear in a confrontation head-to-head, it's just too strong for a tiger. A tiger may stand a chance in an ambush
