Actually the company is located in Venice, Florida. My girlfriend's mom lives near the headquarters and the original factory store. They are as good as advertised.

Is it tile or that stick on stuff? We have tile and I remember putting my cup up to the fridge and getting some ice put I pushed "too hard" and a part of it like shattered and then I dropped it. No tile breakage though. =)
