These shots are looking South toward New Orleans across Lake Pontchartrain. Note the sections of the asphalt that are missing. Again, you can see the numbers of life vests in the trees. I remember the horrible feeling I had coming back to Slidell 3 wks after Katrina. This is Hwy 11 & the camps. It also looks like Irish Bayou, the back rd. to Textron Marine & Land Systems? Crazy!
