One thing about this game is that you start at 100 beats per minute, but in real life, your bpm is around 60-90 (depending on who you are). If it goes over 120, you have reached Tachycardia (heart beat becomes too rapid) and a Cardiologist is called in. If it goes over 140, it's in Deadly Arrhythmia and the heart would have to be defibrillated to reset the heart beat to reach a normal beat.

if they operate on the arm... why is he half naked?
In real life they would put a metal bar in the arm and graft the bone onto it with an external metal frame making sure it doesn't fall apart assuming it's not been shattered into mini splinters.

not now at least. this game takes place ten years later from our present time. although i doubt it.
