This is our 5th video from the historic 12-hour "Citizens' Time" at the Prince William County Board of Supervisors Meeting October 16th. With some revisions, the resolution was passed unanimously by the board around 3 AM the next morning after Citizens' Time had ended. This citizen mentions the Nov. 6th election, and how her voting pattern has changed because of the resolution.
