probs just put spaces at the end and the start where the text starts and stops

I want to make a box that pops up Error 5 Operating System Not Found with the 16 and then have Reinstall Windows Now? and have yes and no, if yes, have Reinstalling Windows with a loading bar under it, then shutting down with shutdown -s -t 60. if no, have it loop back to Error 5 Operating System Not Found. I wanted to make this for school, Are ya up to the task?
