Hey guys, this is part 1 of 2 of our first day lifting together after a few weeks of taking it easy. We're switching to hypertrophy training for a little while.

  • @ChooseFitness even with low weight you can get big? I Mean look at your arms bro really huge but your curl a 25 pound?

  • @nasusanus It was hypertrophy training brah. I curl 55's on the ez curl bar for 3-5 reps.

  • @nasusanus But yeah, I'm a light weight madafacka. Weight doesn't mean ship to me.

  • why do u do biceo first I would rather do chest first the bigger muscle then tric and then biceps

  • Holla! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker shed a ton of unwanted fat.
