Jacques-Henri Lartigue master photographer 1983 BBC series.

Jacques Henri Lartigue (June 13, 1894 - September 12, 1986) was a French photographer and painter.

Born in Courbevoie (a city outside of Paris) to a wealthy family, he is most famous for his stunning photos of automobile races, planes and fashionable Parisian women from the turn of the century.

  • This my friends is the Mozart of photography. He took most of he's best photos as a child with no schooling-and I mean a child. He was full steam at 10 years of age.

    This has to say something about art — which is — you can't teach its essence.
