Hi there. Thanks for the video. First time garlic-grower here. If I want to keep some cloves for seed the following year, should I separate the cloves I want to keep, after the bulb has been through the drying-out process, and store them in some shredded paper or something?

I have a few questions.I live in arizona,and its over a 100 in the summer and about 70 in the winter.Is it a good to plant it? I have a puppy that will probably dig up the garlic.How can i stop her.
after the garlic has dried and hardened how long does the garlic last?

@tocky12345 If have a good harvest, proper storage conditions, and a bit of luck, your bulbs should last until next year's harvest.
