  • you should probably focus more on their leg speed while doing this exercise, the point of doing plyometrics is to shorten the amount of time it takes to generate a muscle contraction and to increase the strength of this contraction.. they should be doing this much quicker is what i am trying to say, the resting periods are too long.. :)

  • Quite clearly that is not plyometrics, just like o1nktasm said, they are doing it too slow. The kinetic elastic energy will have dissappeared by the time they get ready to take their next jump...... - do it faster !!
