Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland - Boss Endurance TAS 3:07

I tried to obsolete the 3:05 record on Nicovideo, but failed to luck-manipulate Dedede properly (He always jumps/tries to suck me in). I saved ~15 frames until then and it would possibly have been 3:04. Everything in Dedede and after is not well optimized, this is uploaded just for reference, although I'm not sure if I'll keep it.

Making this movie was hard, since the predecessor movie was not available. I only had a laggy Nicovideo to deal with.

sorry if it’s a dumb question but, why did you use the Japanese version? are there version differences, if so what?

I think I used the jpn version because the 3:05 TAS on nicovideo used it too, so I wanted to make sure I'm TASing under the same conditions (so random lag frames or version differences don't interfere).

My goal was to improve the run to 3:04 but I only got 3:07 because I couldn't luck manipulate Dedede well.

I don't think there are any version differences, if you ask me...

I got 100 % on Extra and the real adventure,it was hard,and on the last boss don't trying pressing Up and Left at the same time,it can crash the game.

The crash happens when you press up+down.

Also, the sound will glitch up if you press down+up+right.

Nope. TAS is when you use savestates and luck-manipulate the enemies/bosses. You use a built-in recorder sometimes so that every time you mess up, you load a savestate so you can go back to that frame that you messed up in.

It is meant purely for entertainment and is in no way cheating. In fact it takes more time than regular speedrunning due to the MASS amounts of re-recording and luck-manipulating you have to do.
