hey guys, how do I play games with 2 monitors? I can mess around on the desktop with both of them working, but I can't play games with both of them.
additional info: I have a 9800gt, one monitor is using the vga to dvi converter, and the other is using just dvi I still have old drivers before I got this other monitor (if that matters)

@eisontv It depends on what you want. Personally, I like the bigger the better. The monitor will come with instructions that tell you the default/best resolution. Also your PC's video capabilities will dictate what resolution you can set.

do i need a graphics card to hook up two monitors?
Goochy51 1 year ago
@Goochy51 It's easier if you have a graphics card that supports two outputs. You could possibly use your onboard video out for one monitor and then buy a USB monitor or USB converter for another monitor.
