This moving little number comes from the 1964 Toho classic "Ghidrah - The Three Headed Monster". Sung by the twin Japanese pop stars Emi & Yumi Ito (aka The Peanuts), who reprise their roles as the tiny "Mothra fairies" (or shobijin), appearing on a cheesy TV show called "Where They Now?".
In this dubbed version of the movie, their wistful song is translated by "the internationally renowned beauty, Miss Annie Skelkie" (who???).
So, all together now: "Why are you weeping, happiness?"
