Customize crashes: How to change Slide Unlock Text with Winterboard

PLEASE READ
I know there is a problem with Customize to run on Iphone 2.1 and 2.2, and many People wants to change Slide Unlock Text.

1. Create a new Folder on Desktop and name it as you linke, e.g. STRINGS
2. Create another Folder in STRINGS named Bundles
3. Create another Folder in Bundles named com.apple.springboard
4. Create another Folder in com.apple.springboard named
GERMAN: de.lproj
ENGLISH: en.lproj
5. Then make a NEW EDITOR File in en.lproj and name it SpringBoard. But Rename the *.txt into *.strings
So the File should be called: SpringBoard.strings
6. Now write in this File e.g.:
"AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "Slide Me on";
"POWER_DOWN_LOCK_LABEL" = "Ciao";
"SLIDE_TO_ANSWER" = "The Phone rings";

7.Now connect your Iphone via WinSCP and put the Folder STRINGS in:
root/private/var/stash/Themes
8. Go in WINTERBOARD and you should have a File named STRING. Take that an your String Text will be changed.

hmm..no you don't..you cann see in my video that it works perfect for me..you must write all folders the same I do..an at "de.lproj" its a Low "L"...

could you help me. I have created a folder with my name on it, and i have found it on winterboard but nothin happens??

When you make the .txt file and copy and paste the code in swaydadon's "more info" tab make sure that it saves as "SpringBoard.springs"... I noticed that when I click save after renaming it my comp automatically added .txt at the end and it looked like this: SpringBoard.springs.txt ......MAKE SURE YOU DELETE THE ".txt" after that it will ask if you are sure you want to change the location to ".springs" click YES.. After that the rest of the steps should work perfect!
