How to redirect your website easily?

Inside this video, you will learn these little secrets of creating redirects or pretty links for you to cover up very, very long links from your affiliates or the ones you use to represent your FaceBook Fanpage. I've discovered two simple ways of creating redirects which I've included in this video for you. This strategy is excellent to help you increase promotional ideas of marketing your links and affiliate links to your social networks.

The first thing that you need to do is to jump over and go to WordPress Pretty Link which is the plugin that I've got here. You can find that quite easily at WordPress.org/extend/plugins/pretty-link. You can download this one if you've got WordPress simply by clicking on this button and then install the plugin directly onto your blog. So if you want to cutdown the link size because usually it's Facebook.com/pages/Tyrone-Shum-1234598 which is very, very long. Whereas to give someone else very simple link, you can direct it to something like this.

Now, if you don't have WordPress, I'll show you another way on how to be able to create a redirect which is just a manual way. All you need to do is simply edit this file and it's got its all HTML code in there, once you've done that, simply save it and close that up. Open up the FTP program that you're using and create a directory for the script we created.

Hi @active120 - I use a software called Screenflow for Mac.

@benryan90 - You can redirect it to any page you want as long as you find the link you want to redirect to.
