you should go down all the way when you do a one legged squat, you didn't even go down half way so your probably not working all the muscles you could be working if you were to go all the way down

@ParkourArmour, thanks for your reply :) Good to see that you are critical of the strength training technique! There is not much criticism there usually in the parkour scene.
Since I made this video I have progressed a lot. I've started olympic weightlifting and crossfit and also took some courses on physiology. At the moment, any squat that does not go below parallel, is not a squat to me ;)
