Super Mario Advance 4 level hack - e-reader demo

This is a demo level I made on a Super Mario Advance 4 hack (Super Mario Bros 3 remake) a few years ago. Shows some of the new items. The game included e-reader support for new levels that featured enemies and objects from other mario games.

The dotted blocks are supposed to fill in once the ! switch is hit, but I'm not sure why they don't.

@14159 so can you please tell how i can play this game with the e-levels on an emulator on my ds?im using the supercars dstwo flashcard and the gba emulator for it,i already had to ips patch the game to get it to work,cause of the corrupt save data thing,so what would i need to do?just get a sav file?or would i need gameshark codes?or would i need another patch?

@bulletproof2353 Yes, assuming you already have a SMA4 rom that runs on your DS, you should just need a .sav file containing the levels from the cards.

Those roms would work, you just need to find/make a .sav file to use with the ROM.

There's currently no SMA4 level editor, it did it with hex editing. There is a map editor though.

Sadly, there is only one ! switch in game. Of course Super Mario Advance 4 does have a bunch for the map screen that cause different effects.

Holy shit! I'd do anything to edit SMA 4! I've posted all of the Japanese e-Card levels, and I'm stuck editing the NES version of SMB3. Somebody, PLEASE make an editor for SMA 4!!!!!!

thanks i already found a sav file that claimed to have all the elevels unlocked ,but it didnt, it only hd a few and the ones it had were all mislabeled and the same levels were labels as ten different levels and what not , i forget the site where i got it from but it sucks and i havent been able to find a good 1 that has all the levels playable on it ,anyone have one ? or know how i can get a sav file with all e-levels unlocked?

@thenewhackers You are the noob cuz you can't open roms in Game maker.

If you want to edit the rom you have to learn hex or search a editor.
