@JeffIsNoob you're right about bluff not having only 1 effect. But the debuff applies only when the stun is succesful. That's what GoldyL2 is trying somewhat to say. If the effect of detarget would've affected you then you shouldn't have the debuff on your debuff list because like I said, it only appears when the stun is succesful.
