Horse Rapist Retuns To Mental Institution

1980s
Rachwal was convicted of mistreating horses, resulting in the deaths of several, numerous times in Waupaca, WI in 1982, 1984 and 1988.
One was a pony, found dead and tied by the front legs over a fence post, with a broom handle shoved up its rectum. He had also rectally torn and cut the nipples off broodmares in foal.

1993
Rachwal inserted one arm into a horses anus and simultaneously masturbated himself.
He also assaulted horses in Tomah, WI. The injuries were so bad the horses had to be killed.

1996-1997
Rachwal was arrested after a couple, who lived next door to Rachwals parents, reported that their pregnant Arabian mare had been sexually assaulted, and he molested a second horse in a different neighbors barn.

2008
Rachwal is suspected of sexually abusing horses on a farm in Fond Du Lac, WI after the owners catch him on their property

2010
After being questioned by police for the 2008 event. He confessed to entering the Fond du Lac, WI barn with the intent of committing an indecent act with a horse.
