This is a video in a series on my travels through Japan in October 2007. This video begins a 5 day journy around Northern Honshu in search of interesting Onsens and good food!

The scallops and oysters look good, but I couldn't do the horse sashimi. I had a horse as a pet/companion animal...it would just feel wrong...thank God I never had any pet cows though. ;)
