@dfdemt to be quite honest, i do not even remember watching this video or commenting. Im also not even 21 so I think that hardly makes my comment harmful. I do not think that she is attractive anymore but you should watch what you say, plenty of other people do not agree with your statement so I think that says something.

@cybersharque Sorry Cybersharque, I still think it's a huge over-reaction to something very simple. If you think about it, everything has some sort of percent of killing you...from walking to the kitchen to juggling chainsaws, y'know?

This is not a DIY project. The facial nerve runs very very close to this lesion, which is not a pimple, but a pre-auricular cyst. Foul this up and much of the face (especially the lips) are are risk of paralysis. Bad outcome.

@Goldenbane Here's what Wikipedia says about pre-auricular sinuses:
Preauricular cysts are treated with surgery which, because of their close proximity to the facial nerve should be left to an experienced surgeon.[7]
Foul up this procedure and the lips can become paralyzed. In addition to no sensation during kissing, the vic ends up with a permanently-drooping, constantly-dripping lower lip. Not a good outcome for anyone but tragic for a cute young woman. Not worth the risk.
