This really isn't that hard to do. Take a video with all lights out (with the moving backgrounds), and then a photo with all diffrent apartments lights on. Video/Photo cut/paste edit each one into the frame when required on notes. Done.

@metalsutton That is the most idiotic comment I have seen for a while. To make this look realistic is not an easy task. I don't think you could even imagine how much editing this requires. 24 frames per second, 3:50 long, that is freaking hard. And impressive. Make something similar and I'll gladly applaud you, but until then, shut up.

@kaenokk Sorry you are right. I definaly wasn't to imply it would take 20mins. I mean, it still is a massive editing tasks. Days/weeks even. But just oposing the idea that they would hook up entire apartments to a single switch and then time it accordingly, and then time-lapse this. Dont get me wrong, it still is a very well done video! And deserves credit.

@metalsutton A few dozen buildings with what must be more than a thousand windows to be shot both lit and dark... I hardly think it's the 20 minute job you're making it sound to be.
