sorry females muscles are typically on average 20% smaller in size then a male of equal weight. and females have less dense of bones not smaller in size. im an orthopaedic nurse and personal trainer. in case someone actually doesnt believe me.

Actually, illouie is not correct. Male and female muscle is identical and generates the same power. There is evidence of more torque in females than males with equal muscle and less prone to muscle burn and with greater recuperation. Actually, females have thinner bones than men so a similar weight female would be stronger than the male. Particularly in the legs which develop strongly in females.
