  • What do you believe is the best way to ingest cayenne pepper? I was thinking about drinking it...I just don't know how to monitor how much I should take as a dose. Any help much appreciated.

  • @philycheesesteak127: Cool name! The best way to take it, in my educational opinion, is to drink it. If you drink it, start small and stay small for a while. For example, drink 1/8th of a teaspoon in 3 ounces of water. That small amount taken for a while allows a person to acclimate to it and then to go to 1/4th of a teaspoon, half then a full one in time. Not trying to be "salesy" but go to my site. All the info is there about drinking it. Hope this helps.

  • @truthgladiator Thanks! In fact, I'm gonna buy from your site (noticed you're an affiliate, that's awesome. I've been wanting to do that for a while) Anyway, what do you recommend from your site? Is 35k H.U. a good place to start? Or should I got straight to the 90k H.U. Also how long did it take for you to build up to the 160 H.U.?

  • @philycheesesteak127: I appreciate that. I don't make much with sales, mind you. I make more w/ the Big G, actually. I only have one page on the entire site that has an affiliate link or page as I want people to see how sincere I'm trying to be by providing really good content. I think for the most part I'm doing that. Yes, 35k is the place to start. It took me a good six months to get to 160k SHU but I still prefer my 90k SHU cayenne, actually. I went VERY slow, though.

  • Thank you v much for the reply . So the runny nose is neither a good thing nor a bad thing , correct ?

  • @danvelgtr: I can't answer that directly due to legal constraints. It is a byproduct of the mucous membranes getting inflamed by the capsaicin in the cayenne pepper.

  • @jbis2bad: I'm not a doctor so I can't prescribe anything. All I'll say is that those with high blood pressure or any kind of ailment that cayenne can help in the positive tend to take it two to three times a day. I'm not telling you to do anything, mind you. Use your own judgment and if you have any questions, see a doctor.

  • @danvelgtr: Thanks for the kind words. It makes your nose run as it inflames the mucous membranes, which causes the increased secretion of mucous. With most people the extra mucous is manufactured in the mouth usually. I've not heard of someone having it run out of their nose so much.

  • Thank you very much for your excellent videos . I am going to make cayenne pepper part of my daily intake via tea for the rest of my life. One thing , can you tell me why it makes my nose run ? Is this a good thing or a bad thing ? tia.

  • How often a week should I drink this? I have high BP
