i work alot with sheep...shearing does not hurt them..it's just like a haircut. he isn't doing anything wrong and compared to some of the guys i have worked with he's much gentler. sheep need to be sheared to stay healthy...and if they leave wool on in the summer...sheep can actually get overheated.

agreed - its abit arogant of people to fink that theyre doing the sheep harm - if u dont shear them they get strike - this is where flies lay maggots in their wool and the moaggots eat them alive -

far better the sheep are shaun then let them die a painful death!!!!!!!!!!!
