Created this blog about my pregnancy symptoms so far in the first trimesters. I will blog my journey stages of my pregnancy so I have this to look back on in the future. Im in my 1st trimester and feeling morning sickness, fatigue, tiredness, etc. Also I talk about yoga and prenatal yoga during pregnancy and other workouts I will be doing like Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire. Totally how I felt with my last pregnancy (baby #3). I haven't ever worked out during any of my pregnancies (I regret that a lot, but neways) ...we're going to be trying for #4 soon & I had planned to do modified TurboFire & yoga also. Do you use the YBB Baby or another program for your yoga?

You are describing EXACTLY how I felt during my first trimester. I'm also having my 2nd. Tired all of the time and had random sickness.

Haha, can relate to your memory loss. And what's with the darn cravings? They r killing me at night! I sleep at and right after work, but stay awake at night :(

You'll get the energy back. :) I felt bad about not working out much in the first trimester, too... but at exactly 13 weeks, I was geared up and ready to go! :-D I also did a combo of Turbo Jam and TurboFire, and I switched to the bands instead of weights after a while, too. Congrats again, girl!

aww congrats, Im due on new years. Im going thru the same things, all day nausea, loss of memory, ugh, hopefully we get over it soon

Congrats again! I told u congrats on facebook too! hehe Am I the 1st comment..whooohoo I worked out with my pregnancy in the 1st trimester and I started spotting so it scared me cause that was 3 months after a miscarriage so I was real careful after that!
