Xbox 360 Title Update - Via USB Drive - No need for Xbox Live for game updates

I found how to get title updates up and running from usb!

This is great for those without Xbox Live and modders alike!

No need to clear cache to remove title updates from system, now just have all updates stored on usb and decide how you want to play the game with or without latest game update.

You will need two things XTaF and at least 1GB USB drive!

[1] Update your XBOX 360 console to the latest dashboard version

[2] Get yourself a USB stick with at least 1GB capacity

[3] Format it as a XBOX 360 Memory Unit on your XBOX 360 console via 'Dashboard/System/Storage'

[4] Connect your USB stick to your PC

[5] On your PC, download XTAF.

[6] Run XTAF and click on 'File/Open Drive'. Now move to 'Cache Partition/Cache' and drag your update files into this folder.
This will take some seconds.

[7] Connect your USB stick with the XBOX 360 console and start your game

There are two ways to check if the update works!

[1] Remove the usb drive while game is playing, this will if working kick you back to the console dashboard
[2] If the game menu tells you the update version check with and without the usb with the update on being inserted as shown above I used Halo Reach.

Four games tested so far:
[1] Halo 3
[2] COD: Black Ops = this is the only one not working so far
[3] Fable 3
[4] James Bond Blood Stone

If xtaf does not work, right click on the program and run as admin, also open drive and close drive under file menu is essential!

@littledeer73 Thanks, you can make them you're self with the correct smd led lights but I purchased my one ready made on ebay, I did want change the leds on my controller but that was expensive.

@m0dm0use UPDATE: I did that through FTP. I transferred the TU directly from my PC to my 360's HDD. It works fine.
