Freedom of Information confirms that these unaccountable quasi-fascist knobs (called City of Mississauga Corporate Security) banned kids as young as 9/10 and gave them the same punishment as adults (often punished more harshly for same transgression) WITHOUT INFORMING PARENTS/GUARDIANS
To confirm go to FLICKdotCOM and do a word search for "9/10 GIRL BAN MISSISSAUGA"
Hundreds of parents/guardians not informed kids banned. If kids returned? They are ARRESTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

re: "got banned from square one for a legitimate reason...and now bitches and fusses about it over the internet, pointing fingers, while he/she hasn't provided one actual example of abuse by these guards to prove that her claim that these security guards are evil and menacing, is true."
Check out a few of the $3,500 worth of Freedom of Information documents proving abuses.
Go to FLICKdotCOM and search for "CITY OF MISSISSAUGA YOUTH BANS ARRESTS"

MISSISSAUGAWATCH probably got banned from square one for a legitimate reason, believes he/she shouldn't have been, and now bitches and fusses about it over the internet, pointing fingers, while he/she hasn't provided one actual example of abuse by these guards to prove that her claim that these security guards are evil and menacing, is true.

Hi interpol007
Yes. I know. Given all that power with zero accountability.
Note that Mississauga Council passed a by-law making them "peace officers". And through THAT by-law makes Mississauga Transit Enforcement (under the umbrella of City of Mississauga Corporate Security) totally exempt from the Province's Bill 130 standards & complaints system.
Freedom of Information has confirmed that these guards/management violate Provincial guidelines and legislation PLUS their own Corporate policies.

and they are transit enforcement officers,
"A Mississauga Transit Enforcement Officer has the authority to arrest, issue fines or ban someone from using the Mississauga Transit system. Their authorization to do so comes from various forms of legislation, including the Criminal Code of Canada, Public Works Protection Act, Trespass to Property Act and the Transit (rules and regulations) bylaw 425-03 in the City of Mississauga.
I dont really understand the point of this video (not to say its garbage like another user stated) but last time i checked transit guards as you call them are special constables. Look it up if you are not sure as to what I mean. They are peace officers. and not , not phony cops, and some even have HTA powers in terms of light bars and etc

@interpol007
Hi there. I've been researching City of Mississauga Corporate Security through Freedom of Information since January 2007.
Mississauga Council passed a by-law that made these guards EXEMPT from the Province's Bill 159 (Security Act). That includes EXEMPT from provincial standards, Codes of Conduct and especially the independent provincial public complaints process.
Should the public have a complaint the Security Bosses are allowed to investigate (aka: protect) their guards.

@MISSISSAUGAWATCH these Transit Enforcement Officers are Bylaw Enforcement Officers. Bylaw Enforcement Officers are Peace Officers as defined in the Criminal Code. The courts have also supported this in (R. v. Turko) and in (Woodward v. Capital Regional District).

@2619920
You wrote, "these Transit Enforcement Officers are Bylaw Enforcement Officers." Yes, they do enforce by-laws like the transit by-law but they also enforce provincial legislation like the Public Works Protection Act for example.
By example, City of Toronto also has its own "in-house" security meaning they too quality as "peace officers"' but their public complaints system is the Bill 159 provincial one.
It's only Mississauga Security who investigate themselves! With obvious results.

@MISSISSAUGAWATCH Bill 159 section 7 (c) states that this act does not apply to a person acting as a peace officer. What makes Toronto "in house" Security peace officers? Is Mississauga Transit Enforcement considering Special Constable status for their Officers?

@2619920
Bill 159 is like a lot of legislation that allows municipalities loopholes to avoid accountability. Bill 159 exempts "peace officers" so all a municipality has to do is pass a by-law making their security employees "peace officers" (that's all that's needed)
Here, take a look at how they sneaked the bylaw onto the floor (wasn't on the agenda) and rubber-stamped it.

City of Toronto is committed to accountability. Mississauga HIDES from it. Simple.
